Please only submit a question if you feel comfortable talking about your question on the Podcast.

If you are chosen as a potential caller on “Anna Faris is Unqualified” (the Podcast), you will receive an
email from us with the date and time of the Podcast recording as well as the pre-phone-interview. You
must email us back ASAP with your availability for both the date(s) and time(s) provided.
If you are officially selected to be on the Podcast, you will receive a congratulatory email, reminder of
the date/time of your call, as well as a set of guidelines that must be followed.
On the date and time frame provided, be sure to be in a quiet room, next to your phone, with full
battery and service.

We will call you once and if you do not answer the first time, we will only call one more time. If you do
not answer after the second time, we will have to move-on due to our time restraints

Please be advised that if you are officially selected to be on the Podcast, any statements, answers, or
comments made by Anna Faris, her guest(s) or any representative or employee of Unqualified
(collectively, “Unqualified”) do not constitute legal, medical, or professional advice and should not be
relied upon in making or refraining from making any decision. Unqualified makes no representations or
warranties as to whether the information provided on the Podcast is accurate, complete, correct,
adequate, reliable, or safe.

Please be advised that if you are officially selected to be on the Podcast, you irrevocably consent to the
recording and distribution of your voice and performance as part of the Podcast and you acknowledge
that Unqualified is the sole owner of all rights in and to the Podcast, and the recording(s) thereof as
“works made for hire” for all purposes; and that Unqualified has the unfettered right, among other
things to use, exploit, edit and distribute the Podcast and your performance as embodied therein in any
and all media or formats, throughout the world, in perpetuity. Nothing contained herein shall be
construed to obligate Unqualified to use or exploit any of the rights granted or acquired by Unqualified,
or to make, sell, license, distribute or otherwise exploit the Podcast or your recording whatsoever.

Please be advised that if you are officially selected to be on the Podcast, you hereby release and
discharge Unqualified from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with making, producing,
reproducing, processing, exhibiting, distributing, publishing, editing, transmitting or otherwise using or
exploiting the Podcast.

Please be advised that Unqualified does not accept and/or review unsolicited material of any kind,
including, but without limitation, any ideas, concepts, pitches, suggestions, characters, stories,
treatments, outlines, scripts, formats, artwork, photographs, audiovisual works, musical compositions,
sound recordings, and/or other similar works (collectively, “Unsolicited Material”). Any Unsolicited
Material received by Unqualified by any means, including by electronic mail, will be immediately
deleted, destroyed and/or returned unread at Unqualified’s sole discretion.
